RATES

The duration of your residency can be anywhere between 1 week to 3 months.

Rates are 1,250 € per month, 750 € if you stay 2 weeks or 400 € if you stay only 1 week. Any additional length of stay will be calculated proportionally to the monthly rate.

 

If you have difficulties in affording this, you have the option to do some hours of work in the general running of the space, gardening or creative projects in exchange for a reduced rate. The discounted rates and deals are as follows:

• 950 €/month in exchange for a work of art of yours that will be offered as a donation for our space

• 850 €/month in exchange for 12hrs work per week

• 700 €/month in exchange for 18hrs work per week

If it is your case please do write to us and we will take it from there. N.B. this price does not include any food or transportation etc.

Non-artist guests accompanying residents are welcome but pay a higher rate (please see maririjunglelodge.com website). Ask us for rates and availability.

We request that you pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the value of your stay. Once your deposit has been received, your reservation is confirmed. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in or before. 

If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible. For us this makes the difference between endless waiting and simple logistical re-adjustments. You will get your deposit back if your cancellation is longer than 3 months in advance but we will charge a 20% fee for administration.

A L T O accepts direct payment and bank transfers, but no cheques or credit cards.
